Our Supply team is looking to bring a talented and skilled Publisher Account Manager to help us manage our current partnership with Publishers.

What You’ll Do:
Publisher Management & Growth:
- Build and maintain strong, lasting relationships with a portfolio of publisher partners, serving as their trusted primary point of contact. Actively offering new CPA/CPI campaign opportunities to publishers, aligning on KPI expectations to ensure solid performance.
- Proactively monitor and analyze publisher performance, leveraging a data-driven approach and industry insights to develop strategic action plans to increase revenue and drive growth.
- Collaborating with our Ad Operations team to suggest the matching traffic from your publishers portfolio, to ensure we consistently meet and exceed our clients' goals.
Business Development:
- Evaluate, qualify, and onboard new publishers by assessing key criteria like types of traffic, quality and performance, key clients and verticals, etc.
- Proactively monitor industry trends, identify and recruit new types of publishers (offerwall, influencer traffic, etc), keep expanding our supply base to meet our clients needs in the fast-changing digital advertising industry.
Reporting & Collaboration:
- Collaborate with Ad Operations and Finance to manage monthly payments and billing for your publishers.
- Analyze campaign data and generate performance reports to assess and improve performance.
- Work with our Sales, Product, Tech, and other internal teams to provide feedback from supply perspectives, ensure seamless strategic support and keep on optimizing our platforms and tools.
- At least 2 years of experience within the Digital Advertising industry (Programmatic advertising experience would be a big plus!)
- Excellent communication skills in English, both written and spoken.
- Strong organizational skills, including attention to detail, multi-tasking, and time management
- Thrives working in a collaborative team environment
- Proactive with excellent negotiation and problem-solving skills to build and maintain long-term relationships
- Good command of Microsoft Excel/Google sheets
- An analytical mind with an ease for statistics and calculations
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Business Management, Digital Marketing or similar.
