We are looking for a results-oriented Client Success Specialist with a passion for the gaming industry. In this role, you will be the bridge between our clients and our technology, ensuring that every account in your portfolio is optimized for maximum success. You will join a collaborative team that thrives on data, problem-solving, and building long-term partnerships.

Your Mission: Your mission is to ensure our clients achieve their growth objectives through expert account management and strategic optimization. You will act as a trusted advisor, using your industry knowledge—specifically within the gaming sector—to provide insights that drive retention and budget renewals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Account Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of global clients, managing daily inquiries and strategic needs.
  • Performance Optimization: Use data and MMP tools to identify trends and optimize client campaigns for better performance.
  • Gaming Expertise: Apply your knowledge of the gaming industry to provide specialized recommendations for mobile game developers and publishers.
  • Relationship Building: Lead regular performance reviews and check-ins to foster trust and long-term loyalty.
  • Strategic Growth: Identify upsell opportunities by matching client pain points with Adwake’s product offerings.
  • Internal Alignment: Partner with Sales and Ops to ensure seamless onboarding and campaign execution.

Skills and Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in Account Management or Client Success within the AdTech or Gaming industry.
    *Note: Experience with rewarded/Incent traffic is a big advantage!
  • Strong familiarity with CRM tools and data visualization platforms.
  • Solid understanding of mobile tracking (MMPs) and digital advertising metrics (CPI, ROAS, Retention).
  • Exceptional problem-solving skills and a "client-first" mentality.
  • Proficiency in Excel and the ability to interpret complex data sets.
  • Exceptional English skills (C1 level), both written and spoken.
